Joseph R. Helm joined Pyramid Hotel Group in August of 2019. Joe began with PHG as Chef de Cuisine, and was an instrumental part of the opening team of The Lytle Park Hotel., Autograph Collection. In early 2021, Joe took over as Executive Chef of this prestigious hotel. Chef Helm earned the honor as "Manager of the Year" at The Lytle Park Hotel in 2020. Prior to joining Pyramid Hotel Group, Joe was Executive Chef & Co Owner at Panino, Executive Sous Chef at Marriott International, Execute Chef at Celestial Steakhouse & Executive Chef of Mt. Adams Fish House. In addition to leading the Culinary Department at The Lytle Park Hotel since day one, Joe has been a team member on three other restaurant openings. Joe graduated from The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2006.

Kyle A. Goebel joined Pyramid Hotel Group in October 2018 as Assistant General Manager at AC Hotel Cincinnati at The Banks and transitioned to AGM of the AC's sister hotel, The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection in early 2020. Prior to joining Pyramid Hotel Group, Kyle was the Executive Chef at The Summit Hotel, Executive Chef at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant, and Executive Chef Partner at Seasons 52. In addition to a variety of kitchen roles in California, New York, Florida, and Italy. Kyle was Kitchen Supervisor and Banquet Chef at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, where he worked under Executive Chef Todd Kelly, the American Culinary Federation's USA Chef of the Year. He played a key role on the team that helped earn Orchids at Palm Court AAA Five-Diamond rating, a Forbes Four Star rating, and ranking as an OpenTable Top 100 restaurant in the USA. Previously, Kyle taught at the Midwest Culinary Institute as a Chef Instructor for five years.

Christy Lynn Schrand joined Pyramid Global Hospitality in September of 2020 as Food and Beverage Manager at The Lytle Park Hotel. Within this time, she has been promoted to Vista Rooftop Manager and now serves in the role of Subito General Manager. Christy previously worked as the Restaurant Manager for Metropole at 21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati. Christy has also spent time managing with some of the best restaurants and most notable names in Cincinnati's food scene, including Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment and Jean-Robert Restaurant Group at Jean-Robert's Table.
